Staying fit while traveling does not have to mean hitting the hotel gym or trying to find a decent running route on crowded city streets.

While we travel we like to choose activities that are fun and also provide a proper workout at the same time! Play beach ball, hike, swim or paddle board, take a yoga class. With this few simple fitness tips we try to be as active as we can on the road.
