Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple pieces

2 lemons,

a handful of spinach leaves,

½ ripe banana

1 cm piece ginger

1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seed.

Preparation: Squeeze the lemon juice, add the grated ginger and flax juice, stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. In addition, during the day to drink 2-3 cups of green tea, and after a week of apparently reduced abdominal circumference and waist and firming the skin.
