7 Reasons why we should drink lemon water.  Drinking water from lemons first thing in the morning.  This simple routine will have tremendous effects on your overall health.

Since I started this simple habit a few months ago due to small digestion problems, I have noticed an incredible difference. Lemons are a great source of  vitamin C, B, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, enzymes, antioxidants, and fibers.
